The Customer
The Ministry of Justice is the center for the formulation of the Government's judicial policies. In addition to its responsibilities in the organization of judicial matters, staff and services, it carries out administrative functions which are closely connected.
The Challenge
The customer was looking for an open source technology solution that: 1) could scale and handle different types of use cases to address the different needs of the Ministry organization and yet maintaining a consistent user experience; 2) was compliant with the AGID rules.
The Solution
The administration chose Entando to collaboratively build a portal and a set of thematic websites, using the technique of participatory design, to improve the quality of the services while enhancing efficiency.
Results and benefits
The Ministry improved the quality of its on line services (also thank you a session of usability tests that improved the final application) and achieved a stronger citizen engagement at a reduced development cost.
