This document outlines the policy regarding the use of Entando trademarks. Any use of any Entando trademark must be in accordance with this policy. Underlying Entando's trademark policy is the general law of trademarks.
Proper Trademark Use
Always use Entando trademarks as proper adjectives. A trademark is an adjective and must not be used as a verb or noun or in the possessive or plural forms.
Proper Trademark Form
Entando's trademarks should be used in their exact form, not combined with any other word or words.
Provide Trademark Notice Symbols
When using any Entando trademarks, it should be accompanied by a symbol indicating whether the mark is a registered trademark ("®") or an unregistered trademark ("™"). The trademark Entando is a registered trademark.
You may not produce modified versions of the Entando logos. A modified logo also would raise the possibility of consumer confusion, thus violating Entando's trademarks rights, too.
Solution Provider and affiliate Entando Logos.
Entando has designed specific Entando logos for use by Solution Providers and affiliates. These logos may only be used by parties having a written and signed agreement with Entando allowing them to do so and under the conditions put down in that agreement.
So long as you don't do anything that might confuse visitors to your website, or that might violate the Overall Guidelines above, Entando invites you to link to Entando's website, including for the purpose of allowing your visitors to download the Entando solution.
If you want to include all or part of a Entando trademark in a domain name, you have to receive written permission from Entando.
Services Related to Entando Software
If you offer services related to Entando software, you may use Entando's trademarks in describing and advertising your services, so long as you don't violate these overall guidelines for the use of Entando's trademarks or do anything that might mislead customers into thinking that Entando has any direct relationship with your organization.
